Hello guys!

Today I've put my hands in the Moschino stuff pack and loved the buy/build items. I've made this build to try some of these new items, and so, of course, the new pack is required

I decided to go with something different, in the vibe of the pack, and ended up making an arts center, a community lot where your Sims can increase their skill in various ways.



It has two floors:





Here, your Sims can learn how to make a gorgeous paiting, to play the piano, to increase their logic, and, of course, to learn how to take some good pictures and take pictures.



The lot is free CC.
