Now it's old, run down, outdated, the plumbing rattles, the pavement is cracking and the asbestos is beginning to fall out of the walls. The quaint little firehouse that was once in its prime now fails its own fire codes. But.....it's cheap, fully functional and still houses the firefighters needed to protect those in peril.
The firehouse includes sleeping quarters, an office, dispatch area, kitchen, basement recreation and athletic area, apparatus bay with 2 fire engines and a captain's truck, with a hose tower at the back of the building. The upstairs, being built before women could be firefighters, only has a male bath/shower area. The women's bathroom and showers were installed decades later and are housed in the basement level.
The CFE cheat was used to raise the ceiling in the apparatus bay so the engines wouldn't hit the roof! LOL. But it's a firehall, and I wanted the speedy pole installed, so a small flight of stairs on the kitchen level leads to the pole which connects with the apparatus bay. A set of stairs is situated at the side of the apparatus bay for your firesims to get upstairs. There is also a set connected to the outside of the building leading to the sleeping quarters. Both sets have been tested and worked just fine. The stairs leading to the basement are under the stairs leading upstairs and were difficult to capture in the screenshots, but were tested and also worked fine.

There is no custom content in this build, but it was built with some store items still available on the Sims 3 Store:
Transcendental Window by BahHaus
BahHaus Garage Door v.1
Souped Up Napkin Holder
Rim Rockin? Basketball Hoop
Overly General Dining Chair
Sizzle Baby Pro Deep Fryer
In Orbit Blinds
Ultra Lounge Hot Beverage Machine
The Following two items cannot be linked as they were pre-order bonuses and are not available in the Sims 3 Store

Decades Pinball Machine - this item was available as an Origin pre-order bonus with the 70s, 80s and 90s stuff pack. If you do not have it, any pinball machine or arcade machine will do. I only chose this one as it looked dated to fit the aesthetic of the lot.
Whiskers Night of Five Aces (picture): This item was a Pets pets pre-order bonus, but it not necessary for the lot to work. Any picture you like will do the trick.

This lot has been play-tested and everything worked, however if you find any issues please let me know.
I had a lot of fun building it and I hope you like it too! Enjoy!!

Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price (furnished): 150,578
Lot Price (unfurnished): 82,000

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
My favourite builds are worn out, rat infested hovels but I also enjoy the challenge of creating lots that represent buildings in the real world.
All of my lots were created on an iMac, but after getting the new M1 iMac, I've learned some of those lots have graphics issues, so I'm slowly altering them to avoid this issue. I will upload the M1 compatible files when they are completed.
All new builds are completed in Version 1.70 (64-bit Mac). They are also tested on a Windows computer.
