Another Sims 1 to Sims 4 residential conversion!

This is 76 Gunther Goth Highway, the home of Mama and Eldon Hick (who will be available in a separate upload) that were in the neighbourhood that came with the Unleashed expansion of the Sims 1.



Of course, the Sims 4 doesn't have pets (yet!) but I'm sure it will in future, and when it does I will add the 3 dogs that also resided here. For now, we have the house and family.



The lot itself is a simple, humble rundown trailer that works well as a starter, but the cost is slightly above that according to the Sims 4.

No expansion or stuff packs were used, and no cc. Base game items only
