Hello to all
For this new creation I was inspired by Venice and its palaces.



This small "islet" is composed of 2 residential houses each with a ground floor business and a small simple business.

The buildings are separated by a small canal and have access, in front of a small promenade with a fountain, benches and trees ... for family outings ... and at the back of the buildings a magnificent body of water ... forming a small lake

Building 1 includes a clothing store on the ground floor.

On the first floor:
- an equipped kitchen
- a large living room with a dining area

On the second floor:
- 2 children?s rooms
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 large bathroom and toilet

Building 2 includes a pottery shop and various decorations on the ground floor.

On the first floor:
- an equipped kitchen with dining area and access to an outdoor terrace
- a large fair

On the second floor:
- 1 children?s room
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 office
- 1 shower room with toilet

Building 3 is equipped with a small caf? and 2 WC, and has a roof terrace.
A large outdoor terrace allows you to receive customers in good weather.
