Villa Carlton was built by a shipowner in the early 20th century. A legend says that its first occupants mysteriously disappeared in one night ... they never reappeared.
The villa has for over 100 years had multiple "tenants", some have made some improvements, but no one has ever wished to stay there very long. It is said that the villa was invested by a family of vampires, gnomes ... and that the owner and his family would haunt the house ever since. A small cemetery has been discovered in the garden ... it is overgrown with weeds and brambles, some small works will be necessary.

The villa can be reached by 2 small stairs overlooking a covered terrace. A large hall serves on the right a dining room, a kitchen equipped by the last tenants.

On the left a library lounge also re-arranged with a TV set.

On the rear of the villa a small reduced for the toilet and an access door to the rear garden.

On the first floor a pallier serves:
- a re-fitted bathroom with all the comforts
- a large double room for 2 children
- a large master bedroom with its balcony
- a small landing with its reading corner

An attic full of antiques has long since been abandoned. For the bravest they can if they wish to create a large space for a student ... or a playground ...

In the garden a "jalousie" was built to the delight of the first owners.
By cleaning the garden, you should find this famous little cemetery.
