Basic Info

A serf's hovel with a neglected garden, no electricity or running water. A challenge to live in, but rewarding when fixed up.

Ground floor, two rooms.

Open area: Kitchen, dining room, and bedroom area
Dressing room: Features a bathtub and a dresser

Outhouse: One toilet.
... It's better than a hole in the ground.
