Hillside Retreat ~ Contemporary 4 Bedroom Home on a SLOPED Lot

This is a large home - 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (it features two Master Suites) - and was built after using Inge Jones 10 degree Sloped Lot to create the 2X4 lot. This particular lot fits perfectly up on the ridge near the bridge in Pleasantview, see the last picture for an illustration. Please be aware that sloped lots can sometimes mess up your neighborhood. So, please back up your 'hood before installing this lot. I have moved this house a few times within my 'hood without any cracks to the nether-world appearing, it should be safe - but heed the warning please! Back up first!

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Invisible smoke alarms are over the kitchen stove and the deck grill. The telephone is in the kitchen. There is a burglar alarm by the front door. This house has only a few basic pieces of furniture that come with it - there is one double bed with a nightstand and an alarm clock next to it, a dining table with chairs, 3 kitchen barstools, an outdoor table with chairs by the grill, a pool table in the family room, an easel on the patio, and some loungers out by the pool. Please add furniture and decorations to suite your sims wishes.
