Please scroll through all the pictures to get an accurate feel for this house.
This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot on it.
The lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order.
Please NOTE: that this is a sloped lot - it slopes drastically down in back. Please refer to the "back-of-the-lot" picture above to see what I mean. Sometimes uneven/sloped lots can mess up your neighborhood. So, please back up your 'hood before installing this lot. I have moved this house a few times in my game without any cracks to the nether-world appearing, so it should be safe - but heed the warning please! Back up first!

This house was inspired by Design #V44210 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)

NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.
