Here's another remake from TS2 that I enjoyed building through these quarantine days. As much as possible everything is replicated as it is in TS2, with a few changes and enhancements, fully furnished for a family of up to five sims. The backyard is entirely landscaped, with an addition of a small pond. The ground floor consists of an open dining-living-kitchen area, plus a TV room, study room, and a washroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area (originally an empty space).

This lot is built with the following custom content and these are not included.

ATS3 Pizzeria wall divider
Standalone TV by Morphead (PA99S-MSBF-TV03)

Place the .package file in the Library folder to install (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library).
