This is my round 1 entry for the Groundwork Foundation Challenge.

As the name says, this house is made for only one sim. The house's design presents a modern feel, while keeping a nature-like landscape. At the attic is a study area that also leads to a balcony, a perfect place for a relaxing view and stargazing.
