7/17/2020 Updated the Silver Moss Cape. (Sim's weren't able to enter the master bedroom.)

Here are four more Bespoke Houses that I started based on houseplans and ended up fairly close to the originals (which doesn't usually happen for me). They're nice, landscaped houses in the 40K-60K range and come with some basic furnishings to get you started. I grouped these houses together because they share CC:

All of the build mode CC is recommended but none of it is packaged with the lots. If you don't have the CC you'll need to do some light building edits like deleting the greenhouse roof pieces and door/window/paint swaps to "fix" the houses. (The greenhouse roof was used to recreate the look of the house plans and the custom walls were used to make the attic/dormer second floors more player friendly.)


NOTES: The houses were built in my full game and have never been occupied. The Silver Moss Cape house is on a 1/2 height foundation and large dogs can't use the steps. Two of the 3 other houses are built on 3/4 height foundations and I think large dogs can use the steps just fine but I might be wrong about that. I know small dogs can use them.
