Suburban Appeal II is a ranch style house on 1/2 foundation (courtesy of Mootilda's GridAdjuster) with a pool and carport. It has a simple design that's easy to play for the practical simmers (you'll want to re-arrange furniture if you play with walls down or cut away) but still has a bit of style so you don't feel like your sims live in a box--even though it's a box. Right now it's furnished more for a young couple who like to entertain but it's ready when you are for a family. I hope you enjoy it.

Note: This was the house I was building while I was learning how to recolor so it's chock full of junk you probably don't want and good stuff you probably already have. Because of that (and because some of the recolors wouldn't package with the lot) the CC is included as a separate download. I hope that makes it easier for the people who want the house as is with the CC and for the people who don't.
