The Loft - the smallest beach lot size - 1x3 beach lot - No CC



This is a small loft built on the smallest beach lot for the game.
On the first floor is the living room with library, the kitchen with dining room and the staircase.
On the second floor is the bedroom with bathroom, closet and a desk.
the external part is adorned with plants and a fountain. access to the beach is fenced and therefore the sims enter through the backyard of the house where there is also a chess table.
Thanks to the Mootilda's Lot Adjuster tool and SimPE it was possible to create a beach lot smaller than the ones included in the game.

This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance.
You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.

this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.
