Don Lothario - Beach lot



This lot is built on a beach lot which was modified with the Mootilda tool, Lot Adjuster therefore the land area is smaller in relation to the smallest lot available in the game.
This house doesn't have many changes in terms of its architectural structure compared to the original, only changes in the design of the staircase that connects with the second floor, changes in paint and finishes,
includes kitchen and living room makeovers. the external part includes driveway, pool and beach area, in my YouTube video shows the correct operation of this type of beach lots modified in its size of land.

This lot doesn't have a beach but it resembles a summer house and like the beach version, it only has modifications in paint and finishes, it includes a driveway, swimming pool, barbecue with dining room and a pet house in the backyard.
