I unlocked the Poison Spots in CAS as a facepaint with makeup Sliders!
I have also made a version as a skin detail so it will carry across all outfits but this option does not have the sliders
You will find it under face paint or Skin Details (Forehead Crease slot) and it applies to the whole body
Enabled from Toddler-Elder, all genders, all occults, all outfits, disabled for random and default
Requires Eco Lifestyle
Credit to EA/Maxis, I just unlocked it
