Sickness marks unlocked as facepaint with sliders!
I unlocked the Get To Work's Sickness skin overlay in CAS as a facepaint with makeup Sliders!
You will find it under face paint and it applies to the whole body per outfit

Enabled from Teen-Elder, all genders, all occults, all outfits, disabled for random and default
Requires Get To Work
Credit to EA/Maxis, I just unlocked it
