I don't like lots which can't be used for its intended purpose. But after listening Britney's "Radar" I was enlightened by the idea of creating polo club. So here we are >:D

Lot has club building and field for polo. On the first floor - stables, locker room and VIP zone on terrace. On the second floor - dinning room, bar zone, kitchen, WC and another one terrace for common visitors.
