Here we have the Tendo Dojo from the anime/manga series Ranma 1/2.

The Tendo Dojo houses the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts, and is home to Soun Tendo and his three daughters, Kasumi, Nabiki, and Akane. Of course, there are also some spare bedrooms for freeloading houseguests!

The Tendo Dojo features 6 bedrooms, and one traditional Japanese bathroom (an outer bath, an inner bath, and a separate toilet). There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 downstairs. There is also a storage closet that could be converted to a second bathroom, or yet another (tiny) spare room, if you're expecting a lot of freeloaders! The kitchen is simple, but functional, and the family room features a traditional kotatsu table. There is a small balcony on the second floor, and a lovely garden with a pond. The dojo is a separate building, connected to the main house by a covered breezeway. The property is enclosed by a privacy fence, and the gates can always be locked to keep out the local Amazons, Kendo Club enthusiasts, Delinquent Gymnasts, cursed cat spirits, and other noisy neighbors.

There are no custom content objects in this lot, but it does use a lot of game/stuff/expansion packs. This lot was built to go in the Mt. Komorebi neighborhood, where "5-3-1 Shinrinyoku" stands, but it will fit in any 30 x 20 lot. The "5-3-1 Shinrinyoku" lot just looked the most like where the Tendo dojo actually sits in the Ranma 1/2 series.

IMPORTANT - be sure to turn on testing cheats (testingcheats on) and move objects (bb.moveobjects on) before placing this lot!
