I based this off of the exising "pool pourri" (pool water with petals in) from Get Together, but I have been told by moderators that you can still use this with the Base Game

I don't like using the standard pool water for fountains and lakes. It feels too clean... Too blue... So I took the petal water and removed the petals, and the weird cloud texture it seemed to have with it.
