Short Introduction

Back in October of the year 2022, I uploaded this post to ModTheSims but my power grid at my rural spanish house was shut down after a heavy rainstorm, also I was doing my first year of High School, I really had an anxiety urge to upload this since I've spent hours building, doing a minimal decoration (only the essential) and polishing the pictures, so I could upload this build after an entire evening doing these townhouses, but the power grid and the rainstorm in that day had other plans, after more than two years since I stopped uploading stuff to this website, I finally gained the courage to upload good things so people who play the sims can download my builds and other stuff like CAS creations.

Building Description

Cartago Seaview Townhouses are located in the sun-kissed city of Cartagena, a lovely coastal city in the Region of Murcia, Spain. these townhouses, which are marked as apartments, are heavily based on arab-mediterranean architecture, it's beautiful glass windows boasts great views to the oceanview, the beach is near as just crossing the road to the other side.

Legacy Edition Notice

As I noticed, The Sims™ 2 Legacy Collection have another way to install Sims2.package files, but I still can't figure out how to install these files properly, if I find a way to do it, I will edit this build I made and posted a little bit, take better pictures and reupload the whole file in this same post and if you have this lot in your game I wanted to thank you for your support!
