First, I'm not a fan of the movie series.
Secondly, think of this house as movie-themed art.
This house is reminiscent of Xavier's school from the X-Men movie.
The house has space for:
nine bedrooms and six bathrooms.
On the third floor there is access to the balcony, on which the telescope is located.
