This house is my attempt to transfer The Xavier Institute by iSandor (https://modthesims.info/d/647303/xa...ters-x-men.html) from the sims 4 to the sims 2.
I had requirements: a 3x3 lot, no add-ons. And here's what I got.
Two bathrooms: one for girls, the other for boys.
Eight bedrooms.
The house has career rewards:
1. Exerto Punching Bag
2. SensoTwitch Lie Finder
3. TraumaTime "Incision Precision" Surgical Training Station
4. Enterprise Office Concepts Bushmaster Tele-Prompter
5. SimSanto Inc. Biotech Station
