Continuing in my conversions of lots from Sims 2 (why I started with University, I don't remember), I present 120 Crumplebottom Drive. With a small tower, fireplace, and two bedrooms, this could be perfect for a one-child home (two if they room together) or a set of roommates. The back deck has a grill and an umbrella-covered table, the short octagonal area on the bottom floor is a reading nook, and one full-bath and two half-baths make it a nice and cozy place. The wrap-around deck and walkway are lined with the blue flowers I'm using for Sim State University conversions, and just like TS2, the yard has a birch, an evergreen, and two hibiscus trees (really? That's a little incongruous, EAxis, but ok.)

I opted for an octagonal roof over the wrap-around fence rather than the square one of TS2, as this little departure is closer to what was intended on the original house, I'm sure. And the fence lights? They're floor lamps moveobjects'd and slightly shrunk. No CC means no CC (though now I have ideas).

Unfurnished, it squeaks in at §16,697, while furnished is a fair chunk pricier at §36,452.
