Rounding out my last Sim State University housing, I present the Landgraab House Dorms. With nine beds and two baths, it was my preferred dorm for that particular university, I love the little patio thingy.

I took a few liberties with things such as lights, and unfortunately I had to only include the one toilet stall instead of two for each bathroom, given that TS4 stalls are 2x4 and not 1x3 like the TS2 stalls, and I think I may have forgotten to assign it to Britechester, my stand-in university for Sim State.

If you want to use it as regular housing for a very large family or a group of roommates, the unfurnished version is §33,355, and the furnished version is §69,995.
