This is yet another addition to your fences catalog converted from TS2: Apartment Life. If I want it to have these badly in my TS3 game so could you too..

Fence has two CAStable channels, priced §20 as it was in TS2 while also keeping the same catalog description for nostalgia purposes. Found in Build mode > Fences. Polycount: 256vertices /156 faces

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
