As a matter of fact I built this house in "The Sims 2" if you want to check it out you can find it here:
https://modthesims.info/d/660089/carroll-avenue.html

I wanted to try to build this in "The Sims 4", since the building system in this game is quite better and I could really nicely done some areas. As I mention in the descreption of my "The Sims 2" version of the house...

Quote:

I have always been fascinated by the "Halliwell Manor" from "Charmed". I loved the house from the TV series, but someday I found that the house from the series is a movie plan and the original house is standing in Los Angeles and not in San Francisco! I was shoocked then. Now I have done some reasarch trough internet to find footage of the original, victorian house and using it I have tried to recreate it in "The Sims 2". I tried to make it as similar as I could and as a game allowed me. Unfortuantely I had to use my own ideas in some places, because there was no footage, or building system from the game didn't let me do it exactly like in original manor. Also there is no basement and attic, because attic was shooted in other house in real life and I wouldn't even fit in this building.

...I still think the same thing about this house and the description fits perfectly fot both of my builds.

The only DLC you might need is a "Holiday Celebration Pack", but honestly the whole house was made in a base game. Also this DLC is for free!

To instal it, you need to unzip all the files into Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I hope you enjoy!
