Factory Cafe and Library

I saw this factory cafe and library made in "The Sims 4" by Plumbob Kingdom and I thought to myself that I would love to recreate it in my own way in "The Sims 2".

I love the sewers under the factory and the whole industrial look of this lot.
I also love that every themed object in this game fits perfectly in this factory building because of the vibe it has.
I think that this lot would fit perfectly in the Belladonna Cove neighbourhood.

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
