Hello and welcome!

Here comes the second half of my long lost Sunville lots. The whole story has already been told in my previous posts, so let's get straight to business:

Sunville 79

Not much to say about this one. Aside from the brickwall accents it's quite a normal looking house with 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Yes, it's quite roomy, despite not looking much like it. The yard isn't that big, but there's still plenty of space for your sims to roam around. Plus there's a pool.
The price is 60.282, the size is 40x40.

Sunville 36

I wasn't sure if I needed to include this house in the pack at first because I couldn't remember what it was based on. However, after seeing the double color scheme, I'm about 80% sure it was inspired by something from Sunville because people there seem to love this kind of stuff.
This house has two bedrooms (which could potentially be turned into three) and two bathrooms. In my opinion, it's the perfect size for a family of four. The yard is spacious enough to fit a garage, pool, and sauna.
The price is 49.541, the size is 40x30.

Sunville 57

Even though this house is perfectly clean, I'm still gonna go ahead and mention that it was previously inhabited, just in case.
Another modern looking case, has a very similar vibe to Sunville 13 from the previous pack, although I like this one a little more.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Was originally designed for a family of three, which it suits perfectly.
Panoramic windows plus a huge pool. What else is needed?
The price is 57.295, the size is 40x40.

Sunville 44

Now this is a fun one. Back in the days I used to have a soft spot for square shaped houses (I wish you knew how exhausted I am by now from dealing with them and trying to make them less boxy lol) and what made this one stand out is that I actually came up with a little bit of lore for it, accodring to wich the owners were really into Asian culture and it used to be filled with tons of Asian themed furniture, all of which had to be removed though to reduce the price of the build.
Two bedrooms, three bathrooms. Not that much space to move around, but not too cramped either.
The price is 36.619, the size is 40x30.

Sunville 76

The best looking house in this particular pack, in my opinion. Probably because I really like the exterior accents and that little glass-roofed corridor between the house and the garage (which is... not exactly a garage, I dunno what that thing is called. A canopy? Well whatevs, you know what I'm talking about).
Two bedrooms, three bathrooms. The first floor could use a few more walls to create additional rooms, but that's on you. Personally, I prefer to keep the space more open around here.
The price is 37.630, the size is 40x30.

Sunville Duplex

This is a residential lot, not an apartment one, which was made to be turned into a duplex. Or maybe it can be shared between two relative families, it's all up to you. The only reason it was split into two units is because I couldn't think of any other reason why a house would have two porches right next to each other lol.
One apartment took the garage, but has only one bedroom (quite a big one tho) and two bathrooms.
The other one got the balcony and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The price for the whole build is 59.551, the size is 50x30.

No CC used/included, all houses are unfurnished.
The only custom content seen in images is White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh, which is not required.

Have a nice one!
