Hello and welcome!

Presenting you a little cottage that was built in less than 20 minutes and was based on the facade of DCI Tom Barnaby's house from Midsomer Murders.

It is going to be included in the custom 'hood I'm creating right now (hense why the name of the lot in game is Lutece Road 1, so don't be surprised), and the reason why I'm uploading it now is that... Well, I'm not entirely sure if the said 'hood is ever going to be released since that nightmare of a project is testing my sanity every minute I'm working on it, so in case I'll end up loosing it and burning my computer, at least I want this cottage to be out there because I think it's nice and doesn't deserve to be banished with the rest lol.

Of course, it's not the only lot I've built for the project, but it's absolutely my favorite one.

Anyway, it's a two story house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage.

The price is 28.388, the size is 20x30.

Completely unfurhished and CC free.
