There are 2 variations overall, type A being the more old styled, type B being the renovated modern family styled house.
These variatons also have an unfurnised and a Base Game variant for download. The base game is unfurnised sorry

Warning!
Never choose unfurnised option when placing the lot down! It will delete all fence and plants around the house. I made separate files for unfurnised/shell option.
