CCLoader Update and Vegetarian Replacement Recipes

It's strange to realize that a mod that enabled so many other mods was never released formally on MTS. I've been poking at CCLoader since DouglasVeiga was still modding. Most of the features I hoped to add to it didn't work out.

This version isn't terribly different from the original. There are three changes:

1. A tunable flag instructs the mod to replace recipes rather than throwing an error when the recipe you are trying to add already exists. This allows us to replace vanilla recipes. This flag is set to TRUE by default. I'm not sure anyone would want to set it to false -- just don't install replacement recipes you don't want -- but I left the possibility

2. If an ingredient is already present, the mod just moves on to the next ingredient and does not throw an error.

3. Does not throw an error if an xml file listed in the dll xml is not present. I noticed that some modders take the output from CCLoaderGenerator and don't remove the files they're not using.

4. Tunable debug flag, set to FALSE by default, that instructs CCLoader to pop up notifications of recipes that were replaced and ingredients that were already present.

This version should behave exactly the same for custom recipes you already have installed.

I hope to add the ability to replace vanilla ingredients and plants, but my first attempt did not work. Right now, you can only replace vanilla recipes.

You also must remove DouglasVeiga's original CCLoader if you want to use this one.

To kick off recipe replacement, I offer Vegetarian Replacement Recipes. This is intended to be a companion to Spork's Vegetarian Recipe Renamer (https://modthesims.info/d/689003/ve...r-all-sims.html). It replaces several vegetarian recipes to match Spork's names. Models and textures are still not replaced.

Recipes replaced are:
- Veggie Rolls/Mushroom and Avocado Rolls: Uses avocado from Breakfast at Twinsimming's (https://modthesims.info/d/677663/br...nsimming-s.html)

- Cheese Tofu Steak/Cheesy Mushroom Melt: Uses white cap mushrooms instead of tofu

- Vegetarian Grilled Salmon/Grilled Eggplant Fillets: Uses store purple eggplant

- Tri Tip Tofu Steak/Grilled Mushrooms in Steak Sauce: Uses mushrooms
All of these recipes should work with only base game ingredients present, with tofu substituted for at least one missing ingredient.

- Vegetarian Chili/4-Bean Chili: Uses black beans from Icemunmun's Spring Harvest and Cookbook (https://modthesims.info/d/552325/sp...e-13th-may.html)

Any ingredients you don't have installed are replaced with tofu.
