This mod adds a Weapon System to your game. The Sims 3 already has multiple mods that allow your Sims to use weapons, and here is just another way for your Sims to bump each other off.

Note that this mod REQUIRES that you have the Malleable Mimic Voodoo Doll (link attached) from The Sims 3 Store in your game. You cannot use this Mod unless you have the Malleable Mimic Voodoo Doll installed.

The Weapon System replaces the functions of the regular Voodoo Doll, and adds over 50 weapons to your game. Weapons can be found in the Entertainment > Miscellaneous Entertainment section of the Build/Buy Catalog.

Please note that all Weapons function identically. There is no gameplay difference between using a Baseball Bat or an AK-47; The difference is purely down to role-playing purposes.

To use a Weapon, simply purchase it and put it in your Sim's inventory (almost all weapons can be edited in Create-A-Style, so you can give your Sim a gaudy golden Desert Eagle if you want to, I won't judge). Then select the Weapon and choose your target. The target must be a Sim on the same lot, and must be Teen or older (the Weapon works almost the same as the Store Voodoo Doll).

Then you have several options for what you want to do:
  • Assassinate Target: Your Sim shoots the target. The target will rapidly lose Hunger until they die. Note that when Sims use the Assassinate interaction, a needle will appear in their hand. This is a leftover visual from the Voodoo Doll and I can't seem to remove it.
  • Melee Attack: Your Sim whacks the target with the weapon, causing the target to lose an amount of Hunger. Chain together multiple Melee Attacks to kill your target.
  • Knock Unconscious: Your Sim knocks the target out for a short period of time.
  • Battle to the Death: Gives the target a chance to fight back. There is a 55% chance you will kill the target, and a 45% chance of being injured yourself. Note that you cannot challenge relatives or household members to a Battle to the Death. It may automatically fail if the target is already in a relationship (since it replaces the Cupid's Arrow interaction).
Again, please remember that melee weapons and guns work identically. The difference is purely cosmetic. Also note that Sims that are Stuffed, or have some other reason that they cannot die (such as being pregnant) cannot be killed by Weapons. Some Weapons can also be purchased at the Grocery Store. The Grocery Store will offer additional food items as well, such as Bread, which act identically to the Morsels from World Adventures.

Here is a list of the Weapons you can buy: (check the Images to see the Weapons in detail)

USING THE MOD:
To use the Weapon System, put both Lost_Pantheon_Weapon_System_Mod and Lost_Pantheon_Weapon_Packages_Merged Packages in your Mods\Packages folder.

Additional Weapon Packs (such as the Star Wars Weapon Pack) are completely optional but they also require the Lost_Pantheon_Weapon_System_Mod Package to work.

Mod Incompatibilities:
I created this mod on version 1.67.
  • This mod will conflict with my own Dragon Fire is Deadly and you must remove that Mod in order to use this one. However, this Mod has all of the features of Dragon Fire is Deadly in it anyways, so it makes that Mod redundant.
Mods and Packs required:
I created this mod on version 1.67.
  • This mod REQUIRES that you have the Malleable Mimic Voodoo Doll from The Sims 3 Store in your game. It WILL NOT function without it.
  • The Sims 3: World Adventures expansion pack is required
  • The Sims 3: Seasons expansion pack is required
