Banker's Tudor Fake Split Level

You'll see millions of these in certain parts of the US. It's fake Tudor brick with the profile of a split-level house, but it's actually a ranch house with the bedrooms stuck in a separate storey above the garage.

3 BR, 2 1/2 BA. Ground floor includes foyer, TV room, Great Room with fireplace, Kitchen, and Dining Room. The three BR and two full BA are above the garage. Yes, all the BR are the same size, but you can tell which one is meant to be the Master because of the bathroom en suite. The bedrooms will accommodate a double bed and a dresser, or two single beds and a dresser. And a couple of end tables.

The house was designed with certain principles in mind: the kitchen is right off the garage and looks out over the back yard, with access to the TV/Rec room and dining room. The Great room also has easy access to the dining room. The plan is closed, with the Great room being secluded from the noisier TV/Rec and service areas.

There is room for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. The garage also has a good bit of space for a workbench or other furniture (exercise equipment, a laundry if you're into that sort of thing, etc).

The landscaping is minimal, as is the decor. I'm operating on the assumption that people who download this will want to do their own decorating and landscaping and pick their own furniture. Accordingly, the house is rigged out about as it would be if newly purchased, with wooden floors, white paint, and some tile and linoleum in appropriate areas. It also has a pool.

Scanned with Clean Installer and free of any content that is not Maxis-made. Which was harder than one might think, as I have a ton of CC and usually wouldn't use Maxis stuff on a bet.
