Reduced Energy Gain From Cribs & Easier Toddler Skills

Raising toddlers in the Sims 2 is an absolute nightmare, so I've made 2 mods to make Brandi Broke's life a little easier. Feel free to use both mods or only one, they work independently from each other.

Reduced Energy Gain From Cribs
For some reason the devs decided that toddlers only need 3 hours sleep a night, less if you buy a more expensive crib. For years the solution to this was just to use Simlogical's Toddler's sleep through the night, but I find it a little too easy for my taste. My mod significantly reduces the energy rating of cribs to match the in game beds, while preserving the poor sleep schedule of new parents.

Tuning info:
The energy ratings for all three cribs has been reduced from 12 to 2, 3 and 4 (cheapest crib is 2, most expensive is 4) For comparison, the cheap crib originally took 3 and 1/2 hours to fully fill the energy bar, with this mod it takes 7 and a 1/2 hours.

Installation:
Step 1: Place the contents of the folder titled Downloads into your sims 2 downloads folder (just like you would any other mod)
Step 2: Place the contents of the folder titled ProgramFiles into the \TSData\Res\Catalog\Bins folder of your latest EP (Alternatively you can place this file in your downloads folder, it will still work as intended. The only difference between the two installation methods is that placing the file in the program files removes the custom content star in the catalogue.)

Easier Toddler Skills
My sims really struggle to learn all their toddler skills and with a single parent or twins it's nearly impossible. And I find that smart milk makes is too fast for my liking. So I reduced the points needed to learn each skill by a 1/3 (Note: this mod only effects potty, walk, talk & nursery rhyme. I haven't touched the regular 7 skills). In game this reduces the amount of time it takes to learn each skill by around an hour.
