One of the first settlements of Stoneridge Valley. Unfortunately, the harsh winters took their toll on the inhabitants of this small, quaint home. A home that once held a loving family is now nothing but dead trees, an overgrown pond, and barely a home capable of survival. What stories lie within the walls of this run-down property? Could it be saved? Or is the tragedy that still haunts the land too much for the newcomers?

**The world is not required for the lot to work, but be aware, this is not a flat lot, so there could be some terrain leveling needing to be done.
