Firstly, the hugest of thanks to Bert's Simmer for providing the original design, of which this is a near-total renovation.

This home's multi-level modern, minimalist design was partly inspired by the gigantic the mansion in Los Angeles, California known as "The One". It's a 105,000-square-foot home that sold for nearly $150 million.

The CC listed is only required if you want the home to appear exactly as in the photos. None of it is what I would call "required", besides perhaps the stairs and railing, surface textures and windows. Most of the CC is house plants, furniture, rugs, lights...things you can rather easily replace with content from Base game/Packs/Stuffs, of which there is probably more of in use anyways. It's totally up to you! That said, I recommend downloading and installing any desired CC BEFORE downloading and installing the lot.

The cars shown, from Fresh Prince Creations, are NOT included.

There are plenty of amnesties...so much so that a sim can easily get Stir Crazy from never having to leave the place lol. Features include:
