Simsettled - NPC collection of families for Sims 3

I love custom towns in The Sims 3, but most of them are empty. I know a trick for getting Sims from other towns, but staring at the same faces over and over again can be boring. That's why I'm bringing you Simsettled! These are ready-made files with downloadable families. The Sims have careers and skills. They're not pre-made Sims from the bin. They have their own stories and dramas.

Notes and characteristics:

⭐️ Packs without the expansion name in parentheses contain only the base game and the University expansion. Because of this, Sims don't have... winter clothing.

⭐️Most families consist of: a couple (most couples are straight, but there are some LGBT couples), their children or a child and a hot single person, a sibling of someone in the couple.

⭐️ We're committed to equality. Since female Sims can't have body hair in The Sims 3, male Sims can also go without. Sims are not mammals, regardless of gender.

⭐️ There shouldn't be any CC, but I might have forgotten to remove something that was automatically applied. Sorry.

⭐️ There are ghosts in several houses because Sims' deaths are tragic, and removing them could damage something in the family tree. Either remove them manually or accept that your dead wife is watching your current girlfriend eat veggie hot dogs with you.

⭐️In first part I accidentaly duplicated Okafor family.

⭐️ Some sims have randomly chosen careers in "Career history". Most of them are... for some reason criminals... What sick freaks. Ignore these strange memories... or delete them. Game ads random career to jobless NPC's... and i could't to anything about it. Sorry.

⭐️ I will add more packs in future. You can write whether the next round should focus on.
