TS3 to TS4 ChocoSofa Sectional Sofa and ChocoSpacer Coffee Table

Description
This is a conversion of the ChocoSofa and ChocoSpacer items from The Sims 3 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff.
If they seem familiar, that's because I originally converted these back in 2018 before modular sofas were officially a thing in the game.
Now that they have been an official thing for quite some time, I thought it was about time I ported these to the new system.
They don't even require DHD. They are completely Base Game.

The sofa and coffee table both come in a total of 25 colours. That's more than double the amount my original conversions had!
Three of the colour options are based on the original TS3 presets. The rest are colour combinations that I felt worked well and suited the design or were suggested to me by my patrons. They can be seen in the attached images. I also tried to include some that matched the unusual selection of Base Game object swatches some items have.

The sofa can be found under Comfort > Misc. for a price of 225 Simoleons.
To access all of the seperate pieces you will need to disable auto placement by clicking on the little gears icon that shows up next to the colour swatches. With auto placement left on you will only have access to the straight piece and two corners that will be placed automatically for you by the game.

The coffee table can be found under Surfaces > Coffee Tables for 175 Simoleons.
It has four small deco slots, four medium deco slots, and one large deco slot.

Notes
As modular sofas contain more pieces than the kitchen counters my previous version was based on, I have had to create the new large corner piece by modifying the regular smaller piece, and create a new flat seat piece with no back. This was not as simple as it sounds and is one of the main things that contributed to this updated release taking longer than I had expected or would have liked.
