Hello everyone! I built a train station in my custom University neighborhood! The idea came to me by the many train stations I've been to in the Chicago suburbs! Thought it'd be perfect for University! Doesn't function as an actual station, but your sims can buy cellphones, MP3's and video games here! Only CC added is the Sim Blender (which you can remove, but I add it to almost every lot), and as always feel free to change things around when you add it to your game!
