Hello everyone! MOTEL S1M is a low priced, grungy, 6 unit apartment I've created! Ideally for sims who just graduated University or don't make enough to buy a starter home. Each unit has a bathroom, mini fridge, microwave/toaster oven and some skill items! ♥

I have the Ultimate Collection, so I used most/all of the available packs!

The Sim Blender is included in the lobby, for gameplay convenience, but you may delete it if you wish! I hope you all enjoy the build!
