No carpool!

- No carpool vehicle will arrive before Sims go to work, and no school bus will arrive before child and teen Sims go to school.
- Sims are encouraged to autonomously go to school or work and return home afterward (especially for "rabbit-hole" careers), in accordance with their shifts.
- Notifications stating that the carpool or school bus will arrive in one hour will no longer appear.
- No user interaction required - automatically disables all carpooling.
