No focus on Sims aging up!

- The celebrations and animations will proceed as usual, and the Sim will age up normally. The only change is that the focus will no longer annoyingly snap to the Sim who is aging up.
- The selected Sim will no longer switch to the Sim who is aging up.
- The camera will no longer shift to the position to the Sim who is aging up.
- The camera will no longer change its zoom level or angle.
