African Safari Park

This is a large 5x5 commercial lot, based on a "zoo" type park we have here in Quebec, where you sit in your car and drive around an area where most of the animals (that are loose on this lot) are loose there and come up to your car to be petted and fed (the monkeys though will jump on the car and damage it). Because of the amount of animals and minimal space on even the largest lot in the game there was no room for the amusement park part of it. So the amusements are mostly scattered here and there and inside the buildings. There is a swimming pool with dolphins & a seal where your sims can either swim with them or just watch sit and watch them, quite a few different animal enclosures ( in some of them the predators and prey are mixed together and I know that - lack of space is the reason because they do belong in the same kind of area). Now for the buildings, there are 3 of them. (I am sorry I forgot to take pics of the interior of 2 of them, but one is only the ticket booth and it has a desk with a computer and radio, a bookshelf and a counter with an espresso machine on it). The other is a building that has a "restaurant/bar" area with a live band and two public restrooms (4 stalls & 2 sinks each). The restaurant bar area has the buffet table, and some counters where your sims can get coffee, espresso, champagne or cake and of course tables and chairs.

The big building which you can see the interior of albeit not very good but alas these are the best pictures I can get from my computer, houses a general store selling everything on the ground floor, on the 2nd floor there's two establishments, one is an arcade/poolroom and the other is a gym. On the top floor there's a private hotel suite with a private bathroom and balcony with a bbq, table & chairs, telescope and camera on it.

I would like to thank Suiryuue for her magnificent animals and for allowing me to use them, she has removed them from the net, but has given me permission to use them in my lot nevertheless. So there is no link for the animals.

But as with the rest of the stuff, there is no need to download anything for the lot, because it is included in it, having been given permission to use in my lot to post on TSR by the various artists. Which is true of all of my lots unless indicated otherwise. I would assume if they've given me permission to use it in my lots posted on TSR they wouldn't mind if the same lots are posted here with their material in them, since they are all MTS2 resident artists to start with.


I would also like to thank HChangeri for her wonderful signs for granting me permission to use them to make this lot look more realistic (though if it were actually the park it was based on, these signs would have to be either in French or in French & English).
