Inspired by two residences in Sanamchandra Palace, Nakhon Pathom province, Thailand. Two mansions on 4x4 lot, separated by a pond with a connecting octagonal pavilion. Totally 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (you can see from the plan). The first floor of the front house contains a kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a television set and a bar, while the back house contains a recreation room with a sterio set and a pool table, and a study room. It is almost fully furnished and decorated: you might add, change or remove something as you like. The price is 273,564.

Hint: you might have retired olders live in the back house.
