The Water Palace - A Museum (Need Uni.)

A former palace, now it is modified to be a museum. The front hall is devided into a restaurant (the blue hall) and a library (the wooden hall). The throne hall at the back can be made a special exhibition hall while all 16 rooms in the residences (on the left and the right) can be made permanent exhibition rooms. There are four restrooms on the first floor, male and female separated (the preview picture is of famale restroom only, though). There are three pavilions at the front, center and back that can be used for recreation. Apart from lighting system, restrooms and some benches, this palace is unfurnished and is waiting for you to place anything you want.

Althought I prefer this lot to be a museum, you can make it anything you would like it to be, e.g. a shopping mall etc. Not sure whether turning it into a residence or a dorm would be safe, though, since there's no mailbox and residential trash can.
