"Inspiration" - featuring split-level sweeping stairways. Uni. & NL EP req'd.

I was inspired by the split-level stairs tutorial from "mikeinside" available here at MTS2 thus the name of the house today. Hope you approve.

"Inspiration" will cost your simmies $384,099.00 and comes fully decorated, furnished and landscaped. Double story built on the 4x4 lot. The fully paved long driveway leading to the attached garage provides additional parking for 2 extra cars.

Entry thru the front door leads to a palour for receiving guests. The sweeping staircase (I think that's the term for it) dominates the centre of the first floor.

To the left you have a study with build in fireplace, a side entry to the garage and a big entertainment area (with plasma TV, music equipments, stereo and a pool table.) which leads out to a deck overlooking the feature pool and spa.

To the right you have a card room with its own mini bar, a formal dinning and a superb gourmet kitchen.

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms each with own ensuite, a nursery with bathroom access, a fully equiped gym and two balconies (one overlooking the front and the other overlooking the pool).

There are custom walls and floors with this lot:-

There are no custom objects or recolour.

This house has been checked with the Clean Installer program and should be hack free.

I think I need to get a life as I've been up 30 hours straight building this house. LOL.
