"Southern Comfort" - featuring(Gone with the wind style) split-level grand stairways.

Hi everyone,

This is another house with the split-level "Gone with the wind" style grand stairways. I don't know the proper name for it so if anyone does could you please tell me. This style always reminds me of that film. This house reminds me of the classical colonial style houses found mainly in the southern states thus the name. Plus I was kinda wishing for a shot by the end of completion. LOL

"Southern Comfort" is build on the 4x4 lot, has an attached garage along a driveway long enough for two extra cars, fully furnished, decorated, landscaped and will cost your simmies $454,810.00. There'll be a lot of motherlode typing I'm afraid.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a grand foyer. Just imagine your simmies strolling down those grand stairs to greet their dates at the foyer.

To the right is a study with build in fireplace and a private entryway to the attached garage. To the left is a billiard room, formal dinning room and a kitchen worthy of a gourmet cook. There is a ten pin bowling lane to the north of the house and a card and audio-visual room which opens out to the alfresco area overlooking the feature pool. Three generous size bathrooms are also situated throughout this floor.

On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms each with their own ensuites plus a nursery ready for the new bundle of joy.

As usual I've tried to design the layout so you would only need to play using one angle.

There are no custom or recoloured objects.

This house has been checked with the Clean Installer program version 1.5.1.4 and should be free of hacks.

Thank you to everyone who has wrote such nice comments for my last two lots "Inspiration" and "AscotVale". With such encouragements, it gave me the motivation to build this so this one is for all of you. Hope you won't be disappointed.
