Description: This is a new home I have made, slightly Mediterranean/ Modern.
It has a driveway, and features a lovely patio with pool in the back. It's been furnished with Maxis objects on the inside, and only furnished enough to suggest room use.
It's possible to turn the bigger bedroom into two small ones
The name doesn't really match the style of the house, but I created the lot first, so...
I will add a floorplan soon, as soon as I have access to my own computer again!

Custom Content: I have cleared this lot of custom content which the lot does not use. I DO use some custom content however.

It uses a small plant from Mangosims (INCLUDED)
It also uses Charmed Manor walls which are made by Goddess (Included)
