Hi everyone

This lot is named “KnowledgeIsPower” because I was building it for knowledge sims in mind. Because of that, the basement is basically full of all of the career rewards objects. It also contains a counterfeiting machine. All these item are included in the furnished version. Note: This lot will need both Uni & NL EP to work. Also the reversing animations will be missing with the cars (not included) placed as pictured. Instead it will act like a teleporter. I have tested it in my game and it works fine. And now some details about this house.

KIP is build on a 2x4 lot and cost $223,587.00 fully furnished and landscaped. The unfurnished version cost $97,713.00 It has a huge basement with windows which looks into the swimming pool in the backyard.

1st Floor : Study, formal dinning, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and lounge room.

2nd Floor : 3 bedrooms with own ensuites.

The beddings pictured are recoloured by me but not included. I didn’t include them only because most people already have a large range of beddings in their game. But if you like these, you can download them here @
