NOTE: In the interior screenshots, the windows used was Windkeeper's TSR sets. I'd used them in error thinking it was the same set she had uploaded here at MTS2. The windows & doors have been replaced by Numenor's Glass Wall sets. The screenshots showing the exterior views are the correct version. Thank you and my apologies to Windkeeper.

Hi everyone,

I have a new apartment named “Innovations Apartments” for you today. I had fun building and sourcing the furniture. I had even more fun recolouring some items to coordinate whatever I couldn’t find. Hope you will have fun too with this lot. NOTE: I have used Shaklin’s elevator again for this lot.

“Innovations Apartments” is build on a 3x3 lot, attached garages on either sides. There’s a swimming pool and BBQ area / relaxing area at back of property. Cost $270,447.00 fully furnished and landscaped and $126,208.00 unfurnished. NOTE: This lot requires both Uni. & NL EP to work.

1st Floor: Lobby, garages, swimming pool, al fresco area.

2nd Floor: Open planned living area with kitchen, dinning, lounge and toilet in each apartment. In between each apartment is a community recreation area.

3rd Floor: Bedroom with ensuites and a corner study. In between each apartment is a gym and music area.
